Sad news that due to ill health the MD of Brightbus in South Yorkshire is to close the Firm at the end of the school term.
They have always had an unusual fleet to say the least and some of the buses were just plain ugly but it's interesting that all the school services they operate are commercial and they don't receive subsidys.
Also interesting to see that he has no interest in selling any part of the business on to other operators.
