What's the PD Licence, if I can ask such a stupid question?

As for the 78, is anyone expecting them to re-register it tomorrow? Considering they run the Monday to Friday service too?

They can submit a timetable revision where they withdraw evening or Saturday services without cancelling the registration. However, it seems their registrations weren't done as simply as they could have been.

I'm not sure if PD means anything but some of their operating licences have a number starting with PD and others start with PC.

Doesn't this refer to the area - PD is for the West Midlands traffic Area and PC is for the North West Traffic Area. No expert on this, but I'm assuming D&G have a licence in both these areas. It's possible they're transferring the registrations from one licence to another - there might be more tomorrow?

I assume that Adderley Green vehicles run on the PD discs and Crewe on PC. Perhaps what I should also have said is that it is listed in the WMTA which surely cannot be corrrect, whichever depot is going to work it, as it doesn't give objectors in Cheshire the opportunity to object .

Just to add to this, I noticed today that D&G now list on their website which depot runs each service, and the Macclesfield 5 and 6 are run by Adderley Green. Apart from a couple of services from Congleton into the Potteries, all other Cheshire services are run by Crewe depot.

Is there a reason why some appear as 'Accepted by SN' and others just appear as 'Accepted'?
