Guessing that's 4142 - S282JUA finally being taken away from Rhyl after being stored there for many months.

Odd thing was it looked like there was a Driver in the Bus Cab as all the Wheels where on the Floor it was just getting dragged, The Battery was switched on as the Dests where showing not in Service
