a long time ago there was a link from Little Sutton Station via Ellesmere Port Bus Stn to Cheshire Oaks but that was in the days of PMT I think.

There is a sign (at least Chester bound) which advises double decker buses to take a diversionary route thankfully!

The one X8 i saw on the M53 about 1230 ish today between Ellesmere port and Eastham had the grand total of NO passengers onboard today .

I can't imagine a mid day mid week to be too busy anyway, I think this service would be ideal on peak time and weekends however!
