So are these five vehicles new operating discs or where these spare discs or has something had to be withdrawn to accommodate them ?

Now the complicated question is Chester part of the set up at Gillmoss under the Glenvale licence .

Chester does operate under the Glenvale Transport name. Unaware about operator discs

Yes everything is under Glenvale. Even the tax discs are done in Kirkby post office

17491 was in the yard at Rock Ferry on Sunday afternoon.
