If I remember correctly two of the Bluebirds had tachographs fitted, which might well be these two. These two were of course the first and last numerically in the First fleet (60032/60042). As far as I know they are going to be painted in all-over white,

14168 D238FYM was in use in the 15 at New Brighton today http://www.flickr.com/photos/dmc1947/14563054568/ , unfortunately it had some sort of issue in the afternoon and was replaced by 18147 http://www.flickr.com/photos/dmc1947/14749386852/ . I believe 14166 was over in Liverpool, something to do with the 'Giants' perhaps?

Yes I think that this is correct about them bring painted in white. Will look a bit strange to begin with I think.

I am 99% certain that 15 is programmed in for the destinations so I wonder why it is not being displayed instead of the board being used on 18147.

I just passed Stagecoach Depot at RF, D238FYM lift towed RNW truck just arrived and parked outside. I never see D158FYM at Liverpool. Must be somewhere. But I was spotted Olympian open topper C212GTU at Liverpool museum near St Geroge about just before 3pm, I not know where they are going??

Stagecoach Chester 17491 was helping out on Metrolink replacements yesterday, not sure which service it was on but noted it heading empty through East Didsbury last night

Ive heard that Stagecoach have won a Saughall to Frodsham service from GHA. Can anyone shed any light on this...? Possibly evenings and Sundays.

Can't confirm whether Stagecoach have got this contract, but the route described is the Sunday & Bank Holiday service 21, which also doubles up as the Chester - Saughall service.
