The 89 is the only real definite allocation of them. The rest tend to be spread around across services but the 320/360 is probably your second best bet.

Also less likely to catch one though as the allocation is mixed with DAF/VDL Cadets and Pulsars. You've definitely a better chance at one waiting for an 89 which are only every 20 minutes and are rarely allocated anything aside from the Renowns.
