Laird street seriously need to get rid of X782 NWX's luggage racks and replace them with seats, ive heard so many people complaining about them, some woman had to fold up her wheelchair the other day to get on the 495 because it already had prams aboard, god help the passengers when it turns up on a 487

In that particular instance, the driver should have been enforcing Arriva's policy - the prams go down and onto the racking so that the wheelchair may board. If there were already multiple prams onboard and the driver wasn't enforcing this however, I fail to see, personally, how removing the racks and replacing them with additional seats would have helped.

we get told that we can only ask the people to fold there prams down and if they refuse there's not much we can do and thats why most drivers will only allow one buggy/pram so it doesn't put them in that predicament when a wheelchair wants to board the bus.

Take the racks out and put it to normal standard cadet layout should resolv this also to tidy it up by taking fabric off the tool and painting the bars yellow and panels blue to match the other cadets that's what I would call P&P but you can dream haha
