Scania's from Bury started life at BN, and now they will see out there days here, what goes around comes around, they are back. Although for BY im glad theyve got a beliting deal |

RE: First Manchester
Same goes for the Citaro's, they went away and now they're coming home. It seems odd that now Oldham has 10+ Citaro's maybe, why haven't they been out once yet? The Darts from Pioneer were thrown out, which makes me think something might be going on behind closed doors in there... Refurb and repaint I thinks :O We'll see however. Thanks, Liam Moskwin. http://www.flickr.com/photos/transportandtreasures/ |

I agree with you Liam, there are odd things about these allocation changes, very much so with OM movements To Bury. Bury are getting 32 B9s Loosing 20 odd citaros and of course the scania's Only ones seen so far and confirmed transfered are 60228 and 60234, to follow 60229/30/33/70/71 but some of these are still in Bury. I'ts hard really, even though I am in Bury each day, its hard to tell whats gone. Refurb and repaint seems likely as well as the standard MOT before service.. Love your flicker pictures |

RE: First Manchester
I've heard from 2 drivers now (one being an enthusiast at Oldham depot) we're getting the whole batch back of Citaro's, but I don't see it personally. They might be right. It just seems very odd though, everything seems quiet. In fact too quiet. Thanks, Liam Moskwin. http://www.flickr.com/photos/transportandtreasures/ |

Myself I don't see it, this all started because Bury Depot's operating budget was being eaten up fixing these buses, along with of course the new Enviro's coming into the fleet. Id swap a batch of citaro's for B9s anyday, and whatever happens its a good deal for Bury, as with it not being in the Bolton or Oldham League. B9s Coming in is like giving the whole fleet a refresh. |

How come a regular H49/30F can suddenly change to a B37F? I thought that part of the Contract would stipulate a minimum seat number for school routes. |
