Had a friend send me a photo of 3199 which has seemingly had convential mirrors fitted despite the vehicle being delivered with camera mirrors. Any idea why this was done? |

4416 has now been withdrawn from service, from what I've heard it's engine will be donated to 4402 at Rhyl. |

I caught the 310 from Skelmersdale to Liverpool yesterday, even though there was a 375 [which i caught from Wigan] a few minutes ahead, plenty of people were using it, half of which stayed on the bus through Ormskirk. Oh, & inspite of the usual diversions because of the National Meeting at Aintree, & roadworks on Dunnings Bridge Road/Park Lane, which traffic was a crawl to get through [& catching what felt like every set of traffic lights on red, which felt like they were on red for an age], the bus ended up being 8 minutes late on arrival at Queen Square. Whilst i'm here, i find the ex Luton Evora's weird, as the are fitted with fabric seats, rather than the standard e-leather seats that is favoured by the big groups. |
