More details of the changes on the Rosso website.

RE: Rossendalebus
It would appear that all Rosso routes are now being registered under the Burnley and Pendle licence. Routes seem to have been registered as per the GMCA document from their last meeting (Rochdale becoming ‘R’ routes and Bury has some ‘B’ routes.

They have also won the 510 it seems at tender.

The 91 has also been registered under Burnley & Pendle along with a couple of school services in Oldham/Rochdale. Also gained the 458 Sunday service from MCT.

That would seem unlikely, as the Transdev name isn’t used in any significant way at any of their other Lancashire or Yorkshire depots.
However, it is more likely that they will just want to use one Operators licence from each location, so rather than using both Rossendale Transport Ltd and Burnley & Pendle Travel Ltd at Queensgate Depot, they will move to BPT only. Similarly with Lancs Utd Ltf for Intack operations. RTL being used for Rochdale depot.

RE: Rossendalebus
More registrations/changes today. Some of the existing Rochdale services that will be changing numbers have remained on Rossendale Transport license, while the new ones (current 451 and 462) routes are on Burnley & Pendle's license, along with the re-numbered Bury services.

Could it be a case that Rosso didn't have enough room on its existing license for the services for the new services or are they moving some of their existing services to the Burnley & Pendle to free them up for some potential new services in Greater Manchester, such as Oldham area?

RE: Rossendalebus
Some details of Rosso's new "Fast" service, which will run between Bury and Rochdale.

Service will run every 30 mins between 9.20am and 4.20pm from Bury and 9.40am and 4.40pm from Rochdale (minus a couple of journeys) with journey times being 30 minutes between the two towns. The timetable suggests they'll be using ex-Yorkshire Coastliner B9s on the route.
