It will probably be an administrative error rather than it possibly re-entering service.

A good friend whos a regular viewer of the site and knows the First Manchester Fleet better than i did gave me a couple of updates, First a typo on my part as its 60253 thats taxed and not 60263

2nd you asked about 64029, He did let me know of a photo on Flickr of it stripped, I could not find that photo however i did find this one that does show it missing some parts

Thanks for that, only a number of drivers have said it was the best one to drive.........

I was half expecting it to turn-up with First Berkshire, for spares!, to help keep theirs 04 registered examples going.

Good riddance, passengers will certainly be glad to see the back of the citaros. They had rock hard suspension & there was a lot of banging/crashing noises when they went over the tiniest bump.

Have manchester still got any of the ALX400 deckers left or have those been withdrawn?
