Yes thats old news. But they were to serve the normal alighting stop.

Does anyone know what the route change is on Hatton's 140/141? With just under a week to go until the change, there is still no sign of the timetable on Merseytravel's site.

So effectively the 140 and 141 have swapped routes between St Helens and St Helens Junction (140 now via Marshalls Cross Road instead of Jackson Street). This now leaves Jackson Street and Reginald Road* unserved in the daytime with only an Evening & Sunday supported service.

* - Apart from early 920 journey.

Looking at the timetables it looks like they'll no longer interwork either. Seems a bit messy with the 140 in particular, apart from one stretch of the route the evening service goes a totally different way to the daytime service. The 141 looks like reduced hours too, with a 2 hour gap between the daytime service ending and evening service starting.

They no longer interwork as both services are now standalone. There appears to be a general trend with Hattons with this round of changes that sees services finish earlier - the last 297 from St Helens will be 1600 as opposed to 1700 (although the last one from Kirkby remains 1700).

Service 99 Changes:
The Saturday route and times have changed in The Prescot Area.
The 99 Saturday Route Now serves Manchester Road, Hall Lane, Cross lane, Thomas Drive, Coronation Drive, Hughes Avenue and Florida Way.
The Monday To Friday Route is Unchanged.
