GHA fares where very over the top to the Arirport if im honest they where ok from Ellesmere Port to Runcorn but then went stupidly high from Runcorn to Airport.

I dont know what it is but operators be it bus or train seem to think they can charge premium prices for Airport journeys.

MCT's fares for Manchester Airport services are low. Although, they do run subsided services.

This is normally due to high departure charges by the airport imposed on each journey which serves the airport

I dont get Airports, They moan when they are not well connected but when Buses serve them they try and rip them off!

Timetables for the 28 and 28S have appeared in print at Shrewsbury Bus Station, travel shop. A basic hourly service taking in what was part of the short 501 service turns with the previous operator prior to Lakeside but with the coverage onward to Harlescott Tesco. Some runs appear to be positional turns to and from the 436 early morning and end of day. The Sunday service is in particular a welcome addition for a town that currently has no Sunday or Bank Holiday bus service provision.

A second service registered in today's N&P -25, also from Harlescott, to start on 18th December - not on Sundays.
