When you look at them Y reg vehicles they do look very dated these days.

They had been good workhorses in there time , cant be far off finishing there careers.

Due to the dark blue bottom bit being painted higher than on other Renowns maybe?

Yes I think that's what it is! Almost Laird esk with the old green! On the front of the old Leyland's

2724 was the same. They were both repainted with the higher dark blue skirt after they were repaired at Bus and Coach World

What's happening to the buses used for the rail replacements when the trains are running through to James Street? As I assume they'll still be needed for the weekends and phase 3.
