Warrington's Own Buses

For instance, if you buy a Wayfarer ticket costing over £10 could that result in the operator claiming the service took over £10 even if you were the only passenger on board?

Even though it's 'illegal' does anyone actually visit operators and check that each and every commercial service/journey is turning a profit?

RE: WBT Network Warrington
From the VOSA thread, there will be changes to the 8/9/10C/11's/12's from 4th April.
Perhaps more unexpected is the cancellation of the Centrelink ... maybe someone else will be running it instead?
No doubt Versa 101 will be debranded and used across the network like the other hybrid Versas.

Here is the timetable:
http://www.networkwarrington.co.uk/asset...587277.pdf

You can see a map by clicking on 'Show map' on:
http://www.networkwarrington.co.uk/servi...hwood-Park
I know the map isn't terribly useful as the lines overlap each other, but if you click on the upturned teardrops, you can match their names to the timetable to see the order the route goes in.

Thanks for that, never known where to find it before on the website but now I realise it's under 'contracted services'.

According to Cheshire West council all 46 services will start/terminate in Northwich from 4th March opposed to continuing to Wincham.

Just to add, here is the link for this:

I think they are mistaken, because VOSA states that the change is from 4th April, and if the change was received on 5th February, then 4th March would be too early to make the change.

Here's the variation for PC0001977/61 on VOSA:

RE: WBT Network Warrington
Responding to several posts above, I came to Warrington on Saturday January 23rd. I stayed in the bus station for almost an hour but saw no GHA 16s, although I did see a 45 of theirs.

Maybe GHA could not successfully compete with Network Warrington and Fairbrothers on route 16!

If this is the case they should cancel the Service with VOSA and run the route until the date the Service gets Withdrawn
