The N reg Olympians have the Cummins L10, the R-WVR millennium fleets have the Volvo D10A engine. RIP 96 - YNWA |

Down to preference, personally I would say L10, hands down any day of the week, but the Volvo isn't a bad engine by any means. RIP 96 - YNWA |

The refurbished prestige won't be staying long as it is as reliable as the bendybuses... not very! Either 3313 / 3332 with LED's and was on the late 699, possibly both |

The Cummins L10 in an Olympian really transforms them into very fast buses. All of the Merseybus Olympians (0201-0270) had the L10/ZF combination, and they were so reliable that MTL insisted the 0271-0308 Volvos retained this. By the way, there's a feature on the Olympian in this month's BUSES mag |
