I had seen the report above about fewer Scania bendibuses on route 135 these days. When I was in Bury last Saturday I was shocked to see a few single-deckers on the route, not just Eclipses but also some Citaros! I wonder whether the bendibuses are being withdrawn or cascaded elsewhere? They had mostly if not all been repainted into modern First livery.

I was in Bury today for a short time and saw at least 3 bendibuses plus 2 Volvo B7/Alexander deckers on the 135.

There is definitely a mixture of bendibuses, B7RLEs, B9TLs and Citaros on the 135 at the moment.

I have seen a big mix of vehicles on the 81 as well, including the Enviro300, B7 and B9.

Also is the 26 a decker route now?

Regarding 81/As the B7s on the route will be the spare ones that would otherwise have been used on 58s but since the 58 is now every 30mins the remaining B7s have to be outputted somewhere else also it seems daily now that Oldhams Enviro300s seems to be allocated to whatever the router decides to put them on each day.

The driver's running board say for 81s might state 81 Enviro300 but the driver has to take what vehicle he's been allocated as there's a list on the wall in the depot of what vehicles are allocated to each running board, plus various vehicles might off the road for maintenance or Inspections so alternate vehicles have to be used as cover

Finding the allocations a little odd on the 58/59, as I've seen a couple of times that there were B9TLs on the 58 and B7RLEs on the 59. The 408 has seen Enviro300s and Streetlites on the route.

Meanwhile, another B9TL was on the Metroshuttle this morning, with 37385 on the 2.

From what I know the following is supposed to be the allocation to routes at Oldham Depot:

Solos=12, 402, 406, 408, 410, 411, 415, 451, 452, 462
Citaroes=149
Volvo B9TL 24, 59, 83, 181, 182, 350
Enviro400=X80, 180, 184, 409
Enviro300=81
B7 Single=6, 58, 438, 425
B7TL=149, Schools and various peak time services and Saturday 64
Darts=Sparebus in Rochdale

There is no current fluid allocation of where Oldham's allocation of Streetlites should end up hence why it seems haphazard of where they normally end up although normally covering on 456 or 6/438s

Are these new Streetlites or are they the ex Rusholme depot ones?

I have noticed a lot of the omnicities disapperared from the 135 for a couple of weeks about a month back and now they are all reapearing. i have seen 12001,12003,12005,12010,12015 and 12018 since they started coming back. I am a regular in bury due to me living in radcliffe so i dont know what has happened to the omnicities. I will be going to bury depot to have an external run round to see if i can see anything from the perimeter fence. i will post an update tomorow

the streetlights are 5 they have on long term loan from pioneer until april (to go with the 350s)
