What's weird about the above is; Oldham depot will be running that but it is registered under a different company's ops licence.... Not sure about the legality

It's all a bit confusing. Pioneer are still running 350's to micklehurst with Oldham depot running journeys to Hey farm/Oldham. Presumably the OM vehicles are carrying 'on hire' notices like they have done in the past.

Just to confuse things even more I noticed a Pioneer Streetlite being driven by a regular Pioneer driver on a 350 to Hey farm this morning.

Regarding Oldham Depot on 350 I can vouch that none of the Oldham Depot vehicles are carrying on hire to First Pionneer notices anywhere on the vehicles

So if the 350 is registered on the Pioneer licence yet Oldham are running the majority of the journeys using their own vehicles with different legals and no 'on hire' signs is that actually legal?

No it isn't legal if they're charging customers... Will be fun if VOSA notice....

I think M60lad is misinformed. Noticed two Streetlites this lunchtime in Ashton doing full 350's to Oldham with 'on hire to First Manchester' stickers in the windows next to the door. Despite them still wearing Pioneer legals it suggests some have moved to OM and are being used on other services as well as the 350.
I carnt see them stickering the ex Pioneer vehicles but not doing the OM ones used on Pioneer services.

I have notified First a few times about using first pioneer lettered buses on Oldham services and they've pulled it...
