Had a little trip to Huddersfield this afternoon and the 185 seem to have a variety of buses on the route. Geminis, Eclipses and the ALX400s and a Dart on the 181. Mixture of Geminis and Eclipses on the 363.

You're right with the branding. When I was at uni a few years ago, I'd often see 301/302, 328 or 350/352 branded Eclipses wandering off onto other routes. Probably why they go rid of the branding in Halifax and Huddersfield.
