Nothing has been published, I was informed about it and I am certain no article is to be published. Coach holidays are struggling and buses ain't doing the best either so something needs to happen and the bus/coach separation seems the best way forward. It'll mean nobody receives irrelevant feedback from customers referring to the wrong part of the business. Which is the current problem with the coach holidays business, people are seeing the complaints about bus services and being put off booking on the coach holidays which up until a few months ago, were proving to be very popular.
