The whole situation is completly pathetic and yet again makes a mockery of not only the bus industry but the tax system as well.

It's like a merry go round. They will start with a few rented buses, slowly build up contracts and work, grow and grow and then we have the same situation as with GHA all over again. This is one of the big issues with limited companies. Technically the debts are the companies debts not the directors, what's the guessing the TC sits back and does nothing.
