Im led to believe its a different reason than what's being said on here and isn't anything to do with financial reasons or the supposedly flotation on the stock market as it's stated that they still want to have the controlling share in the companies but basically want an outside investor to get on board to gain some return for what they paid for arriva to pay off some of DB's debt for there over spenditure back in Germany. |
