When Ribble, use to run the X43 service, it was always Manchester to Skipton.
Then Stagecoach took-over, and the service was cut back to run Manchester to Barnoldswick or Earby.

Manchester - Skipton will be every 30 minutes (hourly on Sundays through to Grassington), so basically alternate journeys will run beyond Burnley.
