Douglas Bay Horse Tramway
It was announced today that after 139 years of operation the historic Douglas Bay Horse Tramway has officially closed and it will not be running again this year or in future years. The last horse trams operated in September last year. More information can be found here It's a shame in my opinion. I don't think the Isle of Man will be the same without them |
