Elsewhere it's been said that the Y-- TDA batch of Darts are non-compliant, of which two (Y38 TDA and Y42 TDA) were still in service during December. However, having looked at the PSVAR online, it says that vehicles first used after 31st December 2000 should have been compliant from the outset, unless they were manufactured before October 2000; DVLA records the year of manufacture for these Darts as 2001. So surely these must be compliant?
