I'm not sure about reduced services to meet demand on Bank Holidays. Northern Rail can get overcrowded services in Cheshire on Bank Holidays with a normal weekday service - obviously they don't operate on the 26th either but bus operators in Cheshire seem to think if they don't run a Sunday service then they don't need to run one on a Bank Holiday. |
