I do understand it is difficult when a driver is new and I would be the same for a while if it was me.
Training only goes so far. I would think drivers probably really start to learn to drive buses when they are actually on their own working the routes for real.
You do get the occasional one though, where some are born thick, some learn to be thick and others have thickness thrust upon them
