That's correct Shaun. An interesting point as well is that the amount of new Enviro400s for the 12/13 should be the same as the amount of Axcess-Ultralows it received in 1996. In theory the 12/13 should be receiving 20 Enviro400s to cover its PVR of 19 and allowing for a spare

It's hard to believe it's been nearly nineteen years since the 12/13 received new buses - and in my opinion it's been with the wait
