RE: Lancashire County Council Service Changes
I asked the timetable guy at merseytravel a few months ago why they'd stopped doing their paper changes leaflet and he said the leaflets weren't getting picked up, meaning they were binning most of them.

The future changes page on their website does this job anyway. He said it was a very popular page.

And don't forget, they've got their weekly metro newspaper advert and weekly travel news email which Lancashire don't do.
