Also has there always been two Pulsars with Save the Bus Lanes ads at St Helens? I knew of 3023 but saw 3025 also has it today, following eachother on the 10.

3024 and 3025 have both had Save the Bus Lanes ads applied. I think 3024 was done first with 3025 not long after.
