If thats the case then it probably would have been better to renumber one of the services. Its going to be confusing for passengers if theres a 38 that runs between New Ferry & Heswall each hour and another 38 that runs from Bromborough - West Kirby each hour.

Lets just wait for the timetable to be published first and then we can digest whats going on.
