The breakdown process is a fitter from its home garage will attend to see if he can rectify the problem,if he cant an reqs towing in then the fitter will phone the recovery truck in which it will return to its home depot and straight on a pit pending a pit is available.
A fitter from another depot will only attend at a push if the home depot phones and asks if they cant get out there self and is only a minor problem that can be rectified by the roafside.
