But taxpayers have still funded the purchase of them, whether TfGM paid or the green bus scheme - the money has still come out of our pockets one way or another and were still paying for operators to run tendered services with them, and now it seems Stagecoach are using theirs for commercial gains - crazy!

Here's one for Jimbo or James. When a Hybrid is off the road, and First/Stagecoach use one of their own vehicles on the Green tendered service, do they bill TfGM for the hire of their own vehicles??? If that makes sense
