Never found fault with the suspension on any of the Cadets other than 2494 personally and I have them daily. 2491 is poor though with an incredulously irritating squeaking coming from a panel toward the rear and the engine stutters though does pick up some speed. Interior is far from tidy too. With regards 2494, aside from the suspension, I actually find that one to be quite nice. Certainly a strong engine on it now compared to what it had prior to the replacement. 2489, 2490, 2492 and 2495 are all good but much the same while 2496 stands out as an excellent example in terms of ride quality as Chris says above. In terms of speed though, 2489 & 2495 tend to outshine the others.
