Yeah, they're a nightmare.
In the West Midlands, some have just been scrapped because they couldn't think of any good use for them which wouldn't make the passengers revolt!
Now they just get used on a relatively low-patronage service which could easily be served by a normal single-decker.

Hopefully that won't happen to these ones in Liverpool, as those vehicles aren't even that old and are in good condition.
