If they're on the stand and not yet loading then that suggests that perhaps they're not due out yet?

The 395 normally leaves Ormskirk Bus Station late for no reason! The 08:12 departure is always still parked at the lay-over area at about 08:15-08:20-ish when I'm on my 311, despite the bus coming from the depot... I've only noticed that it's left at about 08:12 once when it was Pulsar 2 MX10 DAA (3047) sometime last week.
