RE: Arriva North East
'Hospital Link' Solo 2835 made possiably its first appearance (since being branded for such) on the X66 today. The final Coach-worked turn, which turned out to be the 1840 from Middlesbrough, was provided by 1208. MPD 1756 burst a water pipe while part-way through operating the 1020 6 this morning. It was replaced by 1902 in Stillington about 1115, appeared to run light to Stockton to set down the passengers that were on-board 1756 and waiting to board before running light back to Stillington to resume the 6 there at 1145 (actually left at 1150). 1756 was repaired and later when onto 17/17a. Your roving North East reporter, bring you the latest news from Arriva North East, Stagcoach North East and Go North East.
