So are they OK with the idea of people having advance tickets, panicking that they're going to miss their booked train and pushing and shoving outside the station? Maybe they think it's OK if it happens outside the station and falls into the remit of Merseyside Police and Liverpool City Council, rather than Network Rail and BTP? |
