If they're losing so much mileage, weather they're tendered services or commercial the traffic commissioner should be paying attention to it. Again, just because franchising is on the horizon doesn't mean substandard services should be allowed now. Oh Superman where are you now, when everything's gone wrong somehow, the men of steel, the men of power, are losing control by the hour.
