RE: Arriva North West - Southport Depot
I spotted three of the Southport-bound Enviro400s from Chester passing junction one of the M53 at 12.50, heading for the Kingsway Tunnel en route to their new home. The first two were in Sapphire livery and the third in the current light blue colours. Seemingly this was the end of the convoy as six are reportedly on their way today. Presumably these are for the 47 route which will finally receive an upgrade? Quite the contrast in seating quality between bus and train going forward if so.
