I've heard today that new '23' plate E400MMC's are expected to be used at 'The Open', the Preston batch (although how many I don't know), plus some others, which are intended for a non-local Stagecoach fleet. No sign of anything at Gillmoss today so where they are currently, I've no idea....first day of the park & ride is Sunday however.
