One registration that was missed out on that list, and quite possibly the most unexpected.

Could be a reason it's not on the list - it wasn't officially registered until today. And not that unexpected when you see that the new 7 registration is to run between Darlington and Durham only, so the Brasside section is now to be covered by the new 42.
