First Manchester have posted their changes on their website, giving some more details on some of the changes. Looks like that the 83, 84 and 409 will have a fully restored evening service with later departures each way.

Last departure from Manchester to Oldham on the 83/84 will be 0020 (currently 2335) with buses continuing to run every 30 minutes on each route after 2200.

Also, the V4 is restored after the summer holidays.
