Yes I am quite aware of that but I'm also aware that Joe Anderson has had a hand in some of this cities most baffling decisions. Do the Labour ran Council have NO say in the traffic modelling and design work then - if so, what ARE they responsible when it comes to making Liverpool City Centre a complete mess for public transport?

By the way - someone else started the discussion about a new party bringing new ideas to the table, I was simply replying that if Labour remain in charge there will be little change to the outlook on public transport in this city which is really second rate.

But thanks for trying to talk down to me, I appreciate it.
