I think in the current economic climate it’s s crazy idea. We will be paying for furlough and all the covid grants for years to come. A big big issue for me as a car and a bus driver is the state of the roads. Normally councils are splashing the cash at this time of year resurfacing and fixing potholes - it’s not happening. Councils are skint. Let’s get the current problems sorted before creating any more.
