With Oldham there are many communities that don't leave their communities so would never use a bus to Manchester many don`t even travel into Oldham. each town has there own Ecosystem.

It all about do they get used if you ran them. And maybe a shock but Manchester is not the place most people travel they tend to go in and out of Manchester. We need more routes to areas of work not into town centres.
