Is this an aspiration for the routes in and out of the city centre, meaning Arriva's 263 or Stagecoach's X50 would remain exactly how they are or is this what they are proposing would replace the existing routes as part of a franchise system?

The one thing that's obvious from that list is all routes start and end in Greater Manchester. There's nothing like the 184 Huddersfield-Manchester on that list.
