I don't get what they would achieve by terminating the 423 early. Seacombe - Birkenhead covers dead time. That is all. Stops it sitting around forever in Seacombe. Unless they are planning to interwork it somehow to completely re-route it, they might as well run it. They are paying for the bus and the driver. You probably only need 1 passenger to cover the fuel. |
