I see the X5 regularly and, as said in previous comments, it did have poor loadings on Monday (as is to be expected).

Yesterday however, I saw 3 or 4 in the evening peak which were carrying 10-12+ people in both directions. Also, laminated timetables and maps have appeared in bus stops along the route.

It may take a while but hopefully this will do very well.
